[AGKetzer-ALICE] annual meeting of fsp

hello everybody,

please remember my announcement of our yearly meeting of the FSP ALICE. 
sofar very few people have booked rooms with Mrs. Holten. that is not 
surprizing, since there was still plenty of time. but now we would like to 
ask you all to announce your participation and let Mrs. Holten know about 
your arrival and departure, as well as who you could share a room with, if 
you are willing to share a room.

the program will be prepared by Christian Klein-Boesing in Muenster, so 
please send suggestions to him.

we will start on Monday afternoon with contributions from our theory 
colleagues from Bielefeld, Frankfurt, Munich, Regensburg and Tuebingen, 
who are new in the FSP

hope to see all of you in the Black Forrest on September 5!

hello everybody,

we (Mrs. Holten) have found a location for our annual meeting on
Sept 5-7, 2016.

this time we go to the Black Forrest:

Hotel Sonnenbühl, Altensteig-Wart, www.hotel-sonnenbuehl.de

start with lunch on Monday, Sept 5 and end in the afternoon of Wednesday, 
Sept 7, 2016

please mark the dates in your calendar. it would be nice, if some/many of 
you could decide to stay in double rooms, that would be very beneficial 
for our budget.

please notify Mrs. Holten any time about your participation and booking 
request. in July we will send a reminder and ask for final confirmation 
from all.
