Please find attached a list of our current status of the overview talks for the FSP2017 meeting.
We are still missing a couple names of speakers.



Furthermore this might be a good time to start collecting contibutions in the categories 

# contributed talks (10')
# flash talks to introduce young FSPlers (3')




Please send me the list of contributions from your groups not later than September 1, 2017.

It's time to start organizing the contributions for the FSP meeting September 20-22, 2017 in Buchenau.



As in the previous years we currently plan to have sessions on 




# Charged Hadrons and Jets
# Correlations, Fluctuations, Femtoscopy
# Direct Photons and Neutral Mesons
# Low Mass Dileptons

# Nuclei and Exotica


# O2, Software and IT
# Open Heavy Flavour

# Operation and Upgrades
# Outreach
# Quarkonia
# Theory




We intend to have the theory session on day 1 of the meeting.



As usual, sessions will consist of overview talks (20') where possible, contributed talks (10') and flash talks to introduce young FSPlers (3')



I would suggest to first agree on the speakers for the overview talks and then call for the remaining contributions.



Please discuss and send me the names of speakers for the overview talks as soon as possible
so we can advance the agenda before the summer breaks as far as we can.
