Dear all,
we (i.e. Mrs. Streich and Mrs Wilde-Brock, mainly) have now finalised 
sorting all the DPG helpers into their jobs. For all who have a 
contract: You should already have been notified about your role via 
email or it should be in the process to do so.
There is one little challenge, though: Many of you who are taking care 
of the parallel sessions have a talk yourself. We already tried to sort 
all of that, but with the amount of people we have we could not 
immediately fill all the tiny little holes in covering the sessions. 
Therefore, we would like to ask for about 5 (only 5!) additional people, 
who ideally don’t have a DPG contract but are already paid by the PI or 
the HISKP, to just help out with these little holes once or twice. We 
would hope that we could find these people without issuing extra DPG 
contracts. If you are willing to do so, please tell Mrs. Streich and Mrs 
Wilde-Brock (in cc).
