we are asked to analyze the Kr calibration data that will be taken next 
week. This is an important task and also part of our responsibilities.

I suggest that Ankur will perform the analysis (as part of his service 
work), with the help of Philip (which will be needed, because we have to 
provide quick feedback).

Can I give both your names to Harry?

Dear Bernhard,

we are planning to take Kr data after the run, i.e. starting early next 
week.
The source is already prepared. Part of the campaign is devoted to a scan
of different voltage settings that we consider for next year, with the aim
to optimize the system to yet smaller IBF. Another important thing is that
we try to find a working point for broken A11 that would restore part of
its functionality.

It was my understanding that you and your group is still in charge for the
Kr analysis. Can we assume that the data will be analyzed quickly?
