[Support-lattice2022] Reduction request from Wei-Lun Chen

Dear whom in charge about the financial support,

I'm a Taiwanese student Wei-Lun Chen, a Ph.d candidate studying in the 
SOKENDAI, Japan. 
Currently I'm work on the lattice QCD, so I've strong interest to attend 
this conference.
My supervisor is Prof,Hashimoto Shoji,<shoji.hashimoto at kek.jp>, he also 
want me to join this event.

For my financial status, honestly it's very bad. 
Due to the Covid-19, I've to wait till this Oct to apply my scholarship.
So now I only have financial support from my family, which is a small 
number can only effort me to survive. 
I think the reduction of the intent fee is necessary for me.
I hope my application can be accept.
