[Support-lattice2022] Support Request Miguel Salg

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a PhD student with Prof Hartmut Wittig in Mainz working on baryon structure in lattice QCD. In order to present some of the results I have obtained so far, I would like to give a presentation with the title "Electromagnetic form factors of the proton and neutron from $N_f = 2 + 1$ lattice QCD" at this year's Lattice Conference. It will be my first in-person conference, since I started my PhD only during the pandemic. Hence, I am very excited to actually meet more of the people working in the field and to learn about their research in a much more personal format than what I have experienced so far. However, as a PhD student, my travel funding is very restricted, which is why I would like to apply for the reduced conference fee. By granting me this financial aid, you would help me a lot towards making the attendance of the Lattice Conference affordable for me, and thus enable me to present my work to the lattice community.
