Hi,

I am writing to you to explain my financial difficulty and to request a
reduced
conference fee.

I am Minati Biswal, I am a Postdoctoral fellow at IISER Mohali, India.
I hardly get a fellowship of about 645 USD and there is very little money
assigned to me to attend the conference/workshop within india. However I am
very
keen to attend this symposium and I would also like to present my
collaborative work
"Tensor renormalized group methods for Generalized XY model" in this
symposium.
Also It will be really helpful for me to connect and interact with these
participants.

But the registration fee for this symposium, I can hardly afford to
attend. Therefore,
I request
that you take into account my financial condition and grant me a fee waiver
for my application.
