[Support-lattice2022] Application for Financial Support Lattice 2022

Dear Lattice 2022 organizers,

I would like to apply for a reduced conference fee for the Lattice 2022
conference.

I am a M.Sc. student at Heidelberg University but I am currently studying
and doing research at Yale for a year. During this time, I have been
working with George Fleming on lattice simulations of critical phi4-theory
on RxS2 using Quantum Finite Elements. I intend to present our research on
this in a talk at the conference with the preliminary title "Computing the
Central Charge in the Critical 3D Ising Model using Quantum Finite
Elements". Because I am very new to the lattice community, I am also highly
interested in learning more about different aspects of Lattice Field Theory
and new advances in the field at the conference, and would love to be able
to do so despite the limited financial resources that I have as a Master’s
student.

support.
