I am a current PhD student at MIT, and I am hoping to attend the lattice 
conference this summer.  I will be presenting a talk titled "Preliminary 
Lattice QCD Study of Nuclear Matrix Elements for Neutrinoless 
Double-Beta Decay."  Is it possible to obtain a reduction in the 
conference fee?
