[Support-lattice2022] Lattice 2022 Reduced Fee request

Hi All,

I'm a graduate student at MIT hoping to attend Lattice 2022 and I
wanted to request the reduced fee if possible. My tentative talk title
would be

"4655 pions from Lattice QCD"

I've copied my advisor (Will Detmold) so he can confirm/support.
