[Support-lattice2022] recommendation letter for Goksu Can Toga

Hello,

My student Goksu Can Toga will be speaking at the lattice 2022 meeting.
He is currently in his 4th year as a PhD student at Syracuse and has two published
papers in JHEP and PRD. He is working on 2 more papers right now - one in tensor
networks and another in lattice susy.

His talk at the meeting will be: Extracting Non-Abelian Coulomb Potential from SU(3) N=4 Lattice SYM.

Given I will be bringing 2 students to the meeting (the other is Muhammad Asaduzzaman) I would appreciate it if they could be given
reduced registration fees
