[Support-lattice2022] Reduced conference fee

Dear conference organizers,

I am a graduate student at Michigan State University. I would like to 
attend and present at Lattice 2022, but I have limited funds to pay for 
the conference fee. My tentative talk title is "Symmetry breaking and 
the phase diagram of an extended-O(2) model". Last year I was able to 
present at Lattice 2021 in part because the student registration was 
free. Please consider this my application for a reduced conference fee.
