[Support-lattice2022] Application for Financial Support

Dear Masayasu Hasegawa,

we are very much sorry that we can NOT grant you financial support
for the conference "Lattice 2022" to be held in Bonn.

The funds which we have are primarily intended for PhD students, so
we had to put you on a waiting list. And we were flooded with requests
by PhD students, far more than anticipated.

We fell very much sorry, and we understand that you are in a rather
discomfortable situation, but there is literally nothing we can do.
