[Support-lattice2022] Reduced Fee for Jorge Baeza Ballesteros

Dear Sir/Madam, 

I would like to strongly support the reduced fee request of the PhD student Jorge Baeza Ballesteros. 

 He started his PhD in the fall of 2021 under my supervision. During the first year he completed the first 
study of the large N dependence of pipi scattering, resulting in a publication just approved in JHEP. 
He presented this work in last year conference and gave an excellent talk. During the past three months 
he has done a secondment at the University of Edinburgh under the supervision of Prof. Max Hansen 
and in just three months he has achieved resultson three particle scattering that are ready to be presented 
at the lattice conference this year. 

He has limited funding resources for travel, so I strongly support his request for a reduced fee. He is totally 
worthy of this partial support !
